Felted Mittens Workshop

The ancient art of wet Felting has been around for around 3500 years. It’s a slow art, and it’s addicting. In this workshop you will learn how to make felt fabric by creating a one of a kind, pair of very warm, seamless, Merino wool mittens. You will learn how to custom size them and to design them with colour and texture. A wide variety of silk fibre, ribbon and yarn will be provided to add to your mitts to make them totally unique. You will receive step by step written instructions to help you remember the class content when you are making mittens at home.
