Leather Phone Case Workshop

Tapiwa Nzira is a Zimbabwean immigrant living in Winnipeg, who specializes in handmade leather bags made with Canadian sourced leather. This is the first in a series video tutorial workshops. In this tutorial, Tapiwa will teach the basics of leather working and how to create your own leather phone case. The skills taught will include; pattern drafting, stitching, pricking stitching holes, and construction. Kits will include waxed thread, pricker, a leather needle, a stitch tracing pinwheel, recycled leather from our depot, and a phone case.
