Mending 101

Learn some basic hand-sewing skills so you can repair your clothing! Stitch up a seam, put a button back on, add a patch and make your clothes last longer. No sewing machines required, and no experience necessary! ArtsJunktion will provide you with your own meding kit for this workshop which will be hosted online via Zoom. When you register, we'll send along a link to the Zoom Meeting and will request your address to deliver your kit.

This workshop will be led by Anna-Marie Janzen, who is Winnipeg's local clothing mender, the owner/operator of Reclaim Mending. She's been sewing since she was 3 years old, and loves passing on the skills.
