Mixing It Up: Story Telling through Collage

We all love a story. Story telling through collage creates an opportunity to blend written statements, poetry or just one word in combination with visuals to create a narrative. In this Mixed Media Class, you will work on a larger piece or several small ones and learn how to utilize images, text, embellishments, backgrounds, apply image transfers, and much more. There are no rules, just many suggestions to support you on your visual collage narrative journey. This playful, experimental art making process will have you hooked!

This workshop will take place on Zoom (Link will be sent day of) and includes a kit full of recycled collage materials from our depot.

With vision, intention, and intuition, Rhonda creates new life from the old and gives birth to art with a whole new purpose. As an arts facilitator, Rhonda believes that the creative process is life enhancing and art opens the doors of self-healing.
